Eligibility and accounts
Stock Analysis Desk beta access is currently limited to U.S. residents using the service from the United States. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must provide accurate registration information. Keep credentials confidential, do not share accounts, and notify the site operator who issued your invite if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Use Stock Analysis Desk only for lawful personal research and evaluation. You may not probe or bypass security, scrape excessively, interfere with service availability, misuse market-data providers, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions, or use the service to mislead others.
Research-only service
Stock Analysis Desk is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or fiduciary. It does not execute trades for public users. The Financial Disclaimer is incorporated into these terms.
Availability and changes
The service may change, suspend, lose data, or become unavailable without notice. Beta features may be incomplete. Access may be limited or terminated for security, abuse, legal, provider, or operational reasons.
Third-party services
Market data, news, filings, hosting, authentication infrastructure, and other features may depend on third parties with separate terms. Stock Analysis Desk does not control or guarantee their content or availability.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, profitability, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.
Updates
Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or terms version. Continued use after notice of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; renewed affirmative acceptance may be required.
